Please read our “Shipping, Return and Cancellation
Policy” very carefully. This rules were updated on 25th July, 2022.
Shipping:
We make our best efforts to ship your order within
same day of the order. 99% of our orders are shipped within 24 Hours.
We ship on week days (Monday to Saturday),
excluding public holidays. Orders placed on SUNDAY will be shipped only on
MONDAY.
Orders placed before 4.00 PM will be shipped on the
same day except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
We provide SAME DAY Delivery from MONDAY to
SATURDAY with in Mumbai region through express delivery partner(“Dunzo” or
“Borzo”).
Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 2-5 days
to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control. Each shipping companies
have their own methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery
time is not predictable.
Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for
the delivery instead of last minute orders.
You will be responsible for paying for your own
shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If
you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take
for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.100, you should
consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If a reverse pickup is generated from our end, we
will take care of the return shipping cost. You need to present the item for
return to the delivery partner in the original condition and package it came
in, a return shipping label will be provided to you if needed.
Returns and Refund:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be
unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns orders are accepted within 5 days of
delivery.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or
proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial
refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is
damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will
send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We
will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be
processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or
original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check
your bank account again.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not
received your refund yet, please contact us at “contact@kazrotech.com”.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take
some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some
processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded,
unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or
damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email
at “contact@kazrotech.com” and a reverse pickup for your item will be
generated.

Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. To do so

After order is dispatched, only returns
can be placed on applicable terms stated above.
We usually dispatch order if product(s) is
available within 1-2 business days.
If order is canceled by our end, we will inform you
with the reason of cancelation by mail or contact details provided by the user.
A full refund will be processed immediately and
reflected back in your source account within 3 business days.
